Dark Clinker in Borshchahivka

This project features a contemporary architectural design utilising dark clinker bricks and façade detailing in a unified colour scheme. This approach is uncommon, as most clients prefer contrasting combinations of light-coloured façades and decorative elements. However, it was precisely the dark colour palette that made it possible to create a distinctive and recognisable exterior for the house.

Particular attention has been paid to the design details of the cornices, eaves and architectural projections. The façade décor blends harmoniously with the clinker bricks and emphasises the building’s geometry without overloading it with unnecessary decorative elements.

Thanks to the generous roof overhangs, the horizontal lines of the façade and the understated colour scheme, the house has a monumental and contemporary appearance. The combination of clinker brick, timber and façade detailing has created a cohesive architectural ensemble with its own distinct character.

Despite the colour scheme being somewhat unconventional for private residential construction, the result fully met the client’s expectations. It is precisely this personalised approach and the ability to tailor the façade design to a specific project that make it possible to realise architectural solutions of any complexity.
